Gore effects + SSG damage tweak

-Blood splatters on floor and remains for a good couple seconds. Exceptionally effective when used alongside Nugget Doom's explosive gib function.

-Bumped up the SSG's damage output from 2 to 3 times vanilla damage. This will chew through ammo faster but will make dealing with hell knights a lot more fun.
