Update to version 4 - Skill balancing, dash, new powerup and more


NOTE- Flamethrower and homing rocket default keys have been moved to B and N to make room for the jet dash
If you have been playing an older version, these may need to be manually rebound

-Added custom skill levels, the hardest of which will deliver a difficulty level closer to vanilla

-Added brightmaps made by Big Stronk, absolute legend

-Added dash attack, bind to V and hold direction keys to swooce thataway

-Added a new BFG tier weapon tied to a powerup (grab the cyber wing while it's blue)

-Added a drop kick, hit zoom while holding jump

-Fixed a bug with the shield, will now deflect projectiles while walking forward

Noticed in this update that the light amp goggles are now replaced with the Level 2 Chassis, but green (in pickup sprite only).  Just wondering, is this intentional?

It is, I added an automatic night vis thingy that triggers when you're in a dark enough area, which rendered the light amp obsolete. The green level 2 armor is indeed functionally the same as blue, but it has a 100% chance to spawn a cigar to make it worthwhile to seek out lol
