Update to version 9- Reload cancelling + sprite polish

-Added reload cancelling to the shotgun, SSG and grenade launcher. Deselect immediately after firing to delay reloading til you next select that weapon.
-Replaced the nuke launcher sprites
-Added an extra frame to the pistol flash
-Added red plasma/gldefs to the Urban Gear add-on
